Specifically, Ms. Hughes will talk about the use of the WTO Dispute Settlement System since its inception and answer the following questions: What are the subject areas being litigated? What have been the strengths and weaknesses of the system? What changes are Members seeking to make in the system, and what is the likelihood such changes will be made? Plus answers to any other questions you might have about the system and how it operates
